I joined Oxford Space Systems in 2015 after 10 years experience in the assembly of flight hardware, ranging from batteries, RF, mechanisms, and calibration systems. Before that I had 14 years manufacturing experience, starting with an apprenticeship, and including machining of piece parts, fabrication and assembly.
Working at Oxford Space Systems is fantastic and I have had excellent opportunities while working here, moving from Senior MAIT technician to MAIT Manager. I get the chance to work on a variety of projects at different stages of their design, from early concepts to flight hardware. Its a fast paced and exciting company to work for and I often lose track of what day of the week it is!
