We moved into our own custom-built facility on the Harwell Campus in October 2018 and since then our home has been a hive of activity. The building has been specifically designed to be flexible enough to enable us to undertake batch production of our range of antennas as well as working on innovative R&D projects. We have the largest cleanroom on campus (300m2), together with a large light industrial area for the assembly and test of lower TRL breadboards, thermal chambers and 3D printers. On the first floor we have two large open plan offices with room for up to 65 engineering staff.
Within the Harwell Campus over 100 organisations form the UK Space Cluster we also have ready access to the world-class facilities of RAL Space for the mechanical, thermal and kinematic assembly and test work required for large antenna development. We look forward to making use of the forthcoming National Satellite Test Facility that will be located alongside RAL Space and opposite our building.
