On International Women’s Day, we had used the opportunity to promote #genderequality with a talk from one of our engineers Aloisia Russo, who is part of Women in Aerospace Europe (WIA-E) - Rome Local Group. We are also committed to driving the agenda for gender parity not just on International Women’s day but every day within Oxford Space Systems, here’s a video with colleagues sharing a few of our 2023 commitments: 

- include Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) in our recruitment process 

- continue to educate ourselves on ED&I

- create an ED&I champions group

- continue to inspire the next generation in STEM

- a culture where we can all call out biased behaviours
